What does regenerative leadership mean in practice? How can creative thinking and design led innovation be beneficial for the Scottish Prison Service? Glasgow School of Art and SPS are working together to facilitate a unique immersive learning experience for SPS staff and third-party partners. Our creative development course has been designed carefully to create a space where all participants can contribute their knowledge and experiences, bringing together different perspectives, to frame the outcomes they hope to achieve. The entire course will be viewed through a lens of staff well-being with the intention of enabling further collaboration and development. Taking place on our Highlands and islands campus in Moray, we will make use of the forest and landscape around us to provide space for creative thinking and reflection.
