This course is about equipping you with creative methods that help you get to the root cause of the issues you face within your team, organisation or day-to-day life. Regenerative Leadership Design is an emerging methodology in the world of work that seeks to empower individuals with creative confidence to tackle the right problem in the right way.
This course is open to all looking to expand their creative mindset and would particularly benefit those working in change spaces within their orginisations.
Course Outcomes
- Develop Regenerative Leadership Skills: Equip participants with the ability to lead and inspire teams through principles of regenerative leadership, emphasising sustainability, resilience, and adaptability in problem-solving.
- Creative thinking: Develop and hones creative thinking skills for success.
